A delicious Rush Grass, Snow Pear and Sea Coconut Chicken Soup recipe.

Soak the rush grass and sea coconut in water for 15 minutes, then rinse clean. Core the snow pears and cut into chunks.


Place all ingredients into a stewing pot or clay pot, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2–2.5 hours. Season with salt to taste before serving.
