A delicious Tomato Beef & Rib Congee recipe.
Add diced potato, diced tomato, and millet to a pot with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the millet is soft and the congee begins to thicken.
Meanwhile, pre-cook the beef or pork ribs until tender. Shred or finely chop the meat, then add to the congee pot.
Finely chop the lettuce, add to the pot at the very end, and season with salt to taste. Stir briefly and serve warm.
