1. 100g pork front leg meat, 3 shrimp (mince shrimp with 1 egg white). 2. Blanch 200g kohlrabi leaves, then squeeze dry. 3. To the meat filling, add water infused with Sichuan peppercorns, scallion, and ginger; 1 round iron spoon of light soy sauce, 1 round iron spoon of oyster sauce, a splash of dark soy sauce, chicken bouillon, 2 plastic round spoons of salt, 2 yuan iron spoons of peanut oil. 4.
