A delicious Beef Congee with Salted Egg Yolk recipe.
Marinate the beef: mix with shredded ginger, white pepper, satay sauce, light soy sauce, and cornstarch. Coat evenly, then seal with peanut oil.
Shred the lettuce. Heat oil in a pot and fry ginger slices until the edges are lightly browned. Add the salted duck egg yolks, mash them, and stir-fry until frothy. Pour in boiling water, bring to a boil, then add the frozen rice.
Cook over medium heat until the congee thickens. Stir in peanut butter, the marinated beef, and shredded lettuce. Serve immediately.
