A delicious Heinz Mayo Beef & Potato Tart recipe.


Add oil to the pan. Stir-fry the beef (pre-marinated with onion) until it releases liquid. Drain the liquid and continue stir-frying until the fat renders.

Add the carrot, potato, and green bell pepper in sequence. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and black pepper sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant. Sprinkle scallions before removing from heat.


Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes. Place the tart shells in and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
