2. Sausage (Chinese ham sausage) — 4 links
3. Cumin BBQ seasoning — 1 tbsp

6. Light soy sauce — 1 tbsp
7. Salt — to taste

Dice the potato and boil for 3 minutes, then drain. Cut the sausages into chunks. Heat oil in a pan and separately stir-fry the sausage and potato dice until lightly golden.

### Step 2
Combine 1 tbsp cumin BBQ seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, and salt to taste. Mix well, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and serve.

### Step 3
So fragrant and delicious! I used mild chili powder, so even the kids enjoyed it.

### Step 4
The potatoes are better than meat — crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender inside.

### Step 5
The sausages are even better than grilled or deep-fried — absolutely amazing!

## Tips
Boiling the potato dice briefly before stir-frying ensures they cook through while getting a crispy exterior. Adjust the chili level to your preference — mild chili powder works great for family-friendly meals.
