  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce

  1. Dice the potato and boil for 3 minutes, then drain. Cut the sausages into chunks. Heat oil in a pan and separately stir-fry the sausage and potato dice until lightly golden.
  2. Combine 1 tbsp cumin BBQ seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, and salt to taste. Mix well, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and serve.
