Air Fryer Spicy Potato Slices
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
Instructions
- Peel the potato and cut into thin slices.
- Rinse with water to remove surface starch.
- Add cooking oil, BBQ seasoning, and chili powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the air fryer rack in — don't line with foil.
- Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Flip halfway through.
- When done, sprinkle with chopped scallions for garnish.
- Wow, looks appetizing!
- Great as a snack too!
