  • 100g spring bamboo shoots
  • 3-4 bird's eye chili
  • 2 green long pepper

  2. Slice the beef and marinate with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp starch. Mix well, then add 1 tbsp cooking oil and mix again. Marinate for 15 minutes. Heat oil until hot, add beef and quickly stir-fry until color changes. Add green and red peppers, then add bamboo shoots and continue stir-frying for 1-2 minutes. Season with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Toss a few times and serve.

  4. So satisfying with rice! Added some chopped chili before serving for the perfect heat level. Skip the chili if you can't handle spicy!
