A delicious Beef Meat Pies recipe.


Finely chop the white onion in a food processor, toss with a little oil to seal, then fold into the meat mixture.

Mix the dough with a stand mixer the night before and let it rest in the fridge overnight. The next morning, portion and shape the dough, then let it proof a second time.

Place oil in an electric griddle without preheating. Add the pies and cook until golden brown on both sides.
