Cumin Garlic Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 1 piece chicken breast
- 2 handfuls garlic
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp starch
- a little salt
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- as needed chicken bouillon
- as needed toasted sesame seeds
- 2 scallions
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: peel the garlic and wash the scallions. Dice the chicken breast, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp oil, and a little salt. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Prepare toasted sesame seeds and chop the scallion greens.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and pan-fry until lightly golden, then remove. Add the marinated chicken breast and stir-fry, then return the garlic and stir-fry together.
- Add 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, and 2 tbsp chili powder. Stir-fry evenly. Before serving, add a little chicken bouillon, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and scallions, stir-fry and serve.
- So good you could eat a whole plate by itself!
