Microwave Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- a pinch salt
- a pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillet as dry as possible. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Refrigerate overnight.
- Place the salmon in a microwave-safe container — you MUST cover it with a lid! Do NOT skip the lid! Microwave on high for 3 minutes. If the fillet is smaller, start with 2.5 minutes and adjust based on doneness. My microwave high setting is 700W for reference.
- After the timer goes off, let it sit in the microwave for 1 minute before opening. Take it out and it is ready to enjoy! 🤩
