Sea Cucumber Stir-Fried with Pickled Radish
Ingredients
- 1 sea cucumber
- 1/2 pickled radish
- 8 pickled bird eye chilies
- 8 fresh bird eye chilies
- 5 minced garlic
- 5 minced ginger
- 10 light soy sauce
- 1 salt
- 1 chicken bouillon
Instructions
- Shred the homemade pickled radish and soak in water to remove some of the saltiness.
- Soak the sea cucumber in water until rehydrated.
- Slice and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic, then stir-fry the sea cucumber until fragrant. Add a pinch of salt to season.
- Add the chopped pickled bird eye chilies, fresh bird eye chilies, and shredded pickled radish. Toss together evenly. Before serving, add light soy sauce and chicken bouillon.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve. Nutritious and perfect with rice.
