Air Fryer Grilled Sanma (Pacific Saury)
Ingredients
- 2 Sanma (Pacific Saury)
- 3 Thick lemon slices
- to taste Sea salt
- to taste White pepper powder
Instructions
- Clean the sanma fish thoroughly, removing guts and scales. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the fish generously with sea salt and white pepper powder.
- Place the seasoned fish in the air fryer basket. Arrange lemon slices on top.
- Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy and golden.
- Serve hot with additional fresh lemon wedges if desired.
