  1. Clean the sanma fish thoroughly, removing guts and scales. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides of the fish generously with sea salt and white pepper powder.
  3. Place the seasoned fish in the air fryer basket. Arrange lemon slices on top.
  4. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy and golden.
  5. Serve hot with additional fresh lemon wedges if desired.
