A delicious Beef and Cheese Yeast Flatbread — Pan-Fried & Air-Fried, Two Ways from One Dough! recipe.

Take a portion of dough and roll it out like this. Don’t roll too thin or it’ll be hard to fill.

Sear the steak briefly, then stir-fry the vegetables together. Season with black pepper and sea salt.

Spray oil on the pan and on top of the flatbread. Cook over medium-low heat with the lid on. Keep an eye on it — don’t let it burn. It only takes a minute or two before you can flip it.

It’s crispy right out of the pan. For extra crispiness use more oil; I used less to keep it lighter. The flatbread will soften as it sits.

I also made a smaller one brushed with egg wash. This one went in the air fryer at 185°C for about 10+ minutes — adjust to your air fryer’s temperament. Mine doesn’t quite get there at 180°C. It comes out like a pizza, just with the filling inside instead of on top!

Had this for breakfast and wasn’t hungry all day. This used half the dough; the other half made some fava bean and turmeric flower rolls.
