Prep the ingredients: ① Mince the beef rib strips ② Dice the onion ③ Dice the bell pepper
① Heat a wok with oil, add onion once the oil is hot ② Stir-fry until the onion turns translucent, then add the minced beef ③ Once both ingredients release their juices, season with salt, light soy sauce (for color), and white pepper powder ④ Continue stir-frying until the beef turns brown and slightly dry (this gives the best texture) ⑤ Add the black pepper sauce and tomato sauce, mix everything evenly, then remove from heat
