A delicious Blanched Pork Liver (Home-Style) recipe.

Cut the pork liver into even, thick slices. Rinse repeatedly until the water runs clear.


Bring a pot of water to a boil, add cooking wine and ginger slices. Add the pork liver and cook for 1 minute after it changes color and sets, then remove.

Pour hot oil over minced garlic and bird’s eye chili. Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
