A delicious Braised Golden Pomfret recipe.


Chop the scallions and julienne the ginger; set aside. Prepare the sauce by mixing light soy sauce, oyster sauce, soybean paste, sweet bean paste, and salt.







Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and braise for 13–15 minutes until cooked through.
