A delicious Chicken Jigong Pot recipe.
Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add oil to the pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the hot pot base and doubanjiang, stir-fry until the red oil separates. Return the chicken and stir-fry to coat.
Add water and bring to a simmer. Season with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste.
