A delicious Chopped Salmon Stir-Fry recipe.

Thaw frozen salmon in the fridge for 12 hours. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Season the salmon generously with freshly ground black pepper sea salt. For best results, slice it thinly so it cooks faster — chunks take longer to cook through.
Heat a wok or skillet with a small drizzle of oil. Sauté the chopped mushrooms first until cooked through, then transfer to a plate. This helps drive off excess moisture from the mushrooms.
Using the remaining oil in the pan, add the salmon skin-side down (if skin is on). Once cooked through, break it into small pieces with a spatula. Season with black pepper powder and salt to taste. Push the salmon to one side of the pan.
Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and pre-cooked mushrooms to the other side of the pan. Drizzle in some soy sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
