Spicy Cumin Potato & Sausage — Better Than BBQ!
Ingredients
- 1 Potato
- 4 links Sausage (Chinese ham sausage)
- 1 tbsp Cumin BBQ seasoning
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- to taste Salt
- as needed Scallions
Instructions
- Dice the potato and boil for 3 minutes, then drain. Cut the sausages into chunks. Heat oil in a pan and separately stir-fry the sausage and potato dice until lightly golden.
- Combine 1 tbsp cumin BBQ seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, and salt to taste. Mix well, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and serve.
- So fragrant and delicious! I used mild chili powder, so even the kids enjoyed it.
- The potatoes are better than meat — crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender inside.
- The sausages are even better than grilled or deep-fried — absolutely amazing!
