Dice the salted eggs and tear the crab sticks into long strips.

Spray oil on the bottom of the pot. Once hot, add salted egg dice and stir-fry until sandy and fragrant.

Add crab sticks, pour in boiling water, and cook for 3 minutes.

Cut silken tofu into small pieces and add to the pot. Boil over high heat for 3 minutes.

Add starch water and chopped scallions. Gently fold everything together, then turn off the heat.
