Crab Stick and Tofu Clay Pot
Ingredients
- 100g crab sticks
- 2 salted eggs
- 1 box silken tofu
- 200ml boiling water
- 40g starch water
- as needed chopped scallions
Instructions
- Dice the salted eggs and tear the crab sticks into long strips.
- Spray oil on the bottom of the pot. Once hot, add salted egg dice and stir-fry until sandy and fragrant.
- Add crab sticks, pour in boiling water, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Cut silken tofu into small pieces and add to the pot. Boil over high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add starch water and chopped scallions. Gently fold everything together, then turn off the heat.
