Cumin Garlic Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 2 handfuls garlic
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp starch
  • a little salt
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • as needed chicken bouillon
  • as needed toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: peel the garlic and wash the scallions. Dice the chicken breast, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp oil, and a little salt. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare toasted sesame seeds and chop the scallion greens.
  3. Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and pan-fry until lightly golden, then remove. Add the marinated chicken breast and stir-fry, then return the garlic and stir-fry together.
  4. Add 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, and 2 tbsp chili powder. Stir-fry evenly. Before serving, add a little chicken bouillon, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and scallions, stir-fry and serve.
