Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the chicken and pan-fry until lightly golden on one side. Add green and red bell peppers, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a spoonful of sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
