    Solid flavors and the garlic-onion base came together fast, but my crab was a little overcooked by the time the sauce reduced — searing plus simmering is a fine line. Tasty over rice though, no complaints there.

    Solid weeknight dish, came together faster than most stews I fuss over. I'd bump the pork up to half a pound if you're feeding anyone with an appetite, because the noodles really do drink up all that sauce. Tasty, just needed a little extra something at the table for me — hit it with more soy and scallion.
