Fail-Proof Garlic Steamed Spare Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 ribs Spare Ribs
- 1 head Garlic
- As needed Ginger (minced)
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Yellow Bean Paste
- As needed Salt
- As needed Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sweet Potato Starch
Instructions
- Rinse spare ribs clean, pat dry. Add minced scallion and ginger.
- Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce.
- Add 1 tbsp yellow bean paste.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add 1 tbsp sweet potato starch. Mix well to coat all ribs evenly.
- Steam in a steamer for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Remove and serve hot. Garnish with extra scallions if desired.
