A delicious Garlic Squid recipe.

Clean the squid and score in a crosshatch pattern. Add garlic cloves, ginger slices, salt, chicken bouillon powder, and white pepper. Toss to coat evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Add the squid and pan-fry slowly over medium heat, then flip and cook the other side.
