Gongjin Sizzling Eggs — 5-Minute Garlic Soy Eggs
Ingredients
- 4-6 eggs
- 4-6 garlic cloves
- optional scallions / white sesame seeds
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Mix up the super simple sauce first.
- Heat oil in a pan, add sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Crack in the eggs, pour in the prepared sauce, cover and cook until the eggs are set.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and white sesame seeds.
- Smells amazing!
