Description

Ingredients
- Bean sprouts (100g)
- Leek (50g)
- Eggs (2)
- Glass noodles (50g)
- Dark soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- Salt (To taste)
Instructions
- Soak glass noodles in warm water, drain. Beat eggs.
- Heat oil, scramble eggs until just set, remove.
- In the same wok, stir-fry bean sprouts and leeks for 1 minute.
- Add glass noodles, soy sauce and a splash of water.
- Stir-fry until noodles are tender and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return eggs to the wok, toss everything together. Serve immediately.
