Low-Calorie Asparagus, Mushroom and Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 piece chicken breast
- 6 stalks asparagus
- 3 button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- Slice the mushrooms, dice the chicken breast, and cut the asparagus into segments. Blanch the asparagus and set aside. Marinate the chicken: 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, a little salt, 1 tbsp starch, and black pepper to taste. Mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken until lightly golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. Stir-fry the mushrooms until soft, then add the asparagus and chicken. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and a little black pepper, toss well, and it's ready to eat!
