A delicious Mediterranean Lemon Baked Fish recipe.

Clean the sea bass and remove the innards. Make three diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, and parsley garlic salt. Mix well.

Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the fish and continue marinating for another 15 minutes.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, toss with a drizzle of olive oil and parsley garlic salt, and arrange in a baking dish.

Place the marinated fish in the baking dish. Stuff lemon slices inside the fish cavity, then spoon the remaining paprika marinade over the top.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the fish for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve. Absolutely delicious!
