A delicious Pan-Fried Capelin recipe.
Add cooking wine, scallion, ginger, salt, and white pepper. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add the capelin, and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown. Deep-frying also works.
