A delicious Pan-Seared Beef with Hand-Pulled Noodles recipe.

Mix 200g flour with 100g cold water, knead into a smooth dough. Divide into small portions and soak them in water. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Blanch the beef rolls in boiling water. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and beef rolls, pan-sear until the surface turns crispy and golden. Add a splash of light soy sauce for color, then remove. Keep the oil in the pan. Add onion, tomato, and bell pepper strips, stir-fry until the tomato releases its juice. Season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper sauce, Song Xian Xian, and salt. Finally, return the seared beef rolls to the pan and mix well. The sauce is ready!

The soaked dough portions are now easy to stretch. Gently stretch each piece into a long noodle strip and drop into boiling water. Cook for 5-6 minutes until done. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce. Toss everything together. Time to enjoy your delicious meal!
