A delicious Pork and Pickled Cabbage Stew with Glass Noodles recipe.

Rinse the pickled cabbage 2-3 times. If you prefer a more sour taste, rinse only twice. Prepare all ingredients as shown.

Add ginger strips and half of the scallion, stir until fragrant. Add light soy sauce to season and add color.

Add soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry evenly. My cabbage was quite sour, so I added about 20g of white sugar.

Add the other half of the scallion and half of the red chili pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Finally, scatter the scallion greens and remaining red chili pepper on top, cook for 1-2 more minutes, then turn off the heat.

The pork and pickled cabbage stew with glass noodles is ready! That tangy, savory flavor is simply irresistible!
