A delicious Salmon Bones (Air Fryer & Pan-Fried) recipe.

Add the Shaoxing wine, black pepper, and julienned ginger. Toss to coat evenly, then refrigerate overnight. (If short on time, marinate for at least 30 minutes.)

Place in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 8 minutes. (The marinated salmon bones can be cooked in two styles.)

The salmon bones come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Sprinkle a little more black pepper and enjoy while hot!

For the pan-fried version: lightly coat a non-stick pan with butter (just a thin layer — the salmon will release its own oil).

Place the marinated salmon bones in the pan and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.
