A delicious Salmon Rice recipe.
Debone the salmon and cut into 3 cm thick steaks. If there is skin, leave it on for now — it’s easier to remove after cooking.
Season with salt: Sprinkle salt evenly over the salmon, rub it in, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Steam the salmon until cooked (about 10 minutes in a steamer). Remove the skin if still on, then flake the fish into small pieces with a fork. Scatter the flaked salmon over freshly steamed rice (sushi rice works great for a more authentic touch).
