起锅烧油,放入五花肉片炒至变色,放入三分之一大葱段炒香。

加入豆腐,手掰豆腐块才是入味儿的秘诀,稍微煎一煎。

加入生抽和老抽翻炒均匀,加入半碗清水,炖3-5分钟。

加入剩余的三分之二葱段,炒香,炒至变软。

加入白糖和盐调味,翻炒均匀。

出锅上菜。
