Ingredients
- Firm tofu — 1 block
- Large scallion
Steps
- Cut scallion into sections. Mix with 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, a little salt and pepper, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and an appropriate amount of water. Stir well.
- Break the tofu into small pieces. Pan-fry in hot oil until golden.
- Pour in the scallion sauce mixture.
- Stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Serve!
