  • 1 sea cucumber
  • 1/2 pickled radish
  • 8 pickled bird eye chilies
  • 8 fresh bird eye chilies
  • 5 minced garlic
  • 5 minced ginger
  • 10 light soy sauce
  • 1 salt
  • 1 chicken bouillon

Instructions

  1. Shred the homemade pickled radish and soak in water to remove some of the saltiness.
  2. Soak the sea cucumber in water until rehydrated.
  3. Slice and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic, then stir-fry the sea cucumber until fragrant. Add a pinch of salt to season.
  5. Add the chopped pickled bird eye chilies, fresh bird eye chilies, and shredded pickled radish. Toss together evenly. Before serving, add light soy sauce and chicken bouillon.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve. Nutritious and perfect with rice.
