A delicious Squid, Dried Scallop, Pork Bone and White Radish Soup recipe.
Soak the dried squid and dried scallops in water until softened. Blanch the pork bones in boiling water to remove impurities, then rinse clean.
Place the pork bones, soaked squid, and dried scallops into a pot with enough water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Add the white radish chunks and continue simmering for another 30–40 minutes until the radish is tender and the soup is rich and flavorful.
