A delicious Steamed Sea Bass Fillets recipe.

Clean the sea bass and slice into thin fillets. Save the fish bones for soup. Marinate the fillets with a little cooking wine, a pinch of salt, a few ginger slices, and scallion segments for 10 minutes.

Line the bottom of a bowl with a few ginger slices, then arrange the marinated fillets in the bowl.


Once the water boils, steam for 8 minutes. After steaming, pour out the accumulated liquid from the bowl.
