A delicious Stir-fried Beef with Potatoes and Carrots recipe.

Cut the beef into small pieces. Marinate with chicken seasoning, salt, and soy sauce, mixing well. Coat with a layer of oil and let sit for 10 minutes.



Heat wok with oil and stir-fry the potato and carrot pieces until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Heat wok with oil again, stir-fry the beef until it changes color, then add back the potatoes and carrots. Toss everything together. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to taste. Thicken with a cornstarch slurry to finish.
