Stir-fried Button Mushrooms with Ham Sausage
Ingredients
- button mushrooms
- ham sausage
- green peas (optional)
- carrot (optional)
- green bell pepper (optional)
- red bell pepper (optional)
- scallion (optional)
- unsalted butter
- oyster sauce (optional)
- salt
Instructions
- Blanch the button mushrooms in boiling water with a little oil and salt for 1 minute. Blanch the green peas and carrot until softened. Sauté the scallion until fragrant, then add the ham sausage and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add the remaining raw vegetables and stir-fry, then add the blanched ingredients and seasonings. Toss everything over high heat until well combined and serve.
