Tuna Cheese Rice Balls
Ingredients
- cooked rice
- canned tuna
- shredded cheese
- mozzarella cheese cubes
- ham or luncheon meat (diced)
- meat floss (rousong)
- mayonnaise
- black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: canned tuna, cheese, ham, meat floss, mayonnaise, and cooked rice.
- Drain the canned tuna and prepare the other filling ingredients — dice the ham into small cubes and shred the cheese.
- Combine the tuna, diced ham, shredded cheese, meat floss, and a generous dollop of mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Take a portion of the rice mixture and place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center. Wrap the rice around the cheese and shape into a ball, making sure the cheese is completely enclosed.
- Place each shaped rice ball into a small aluminum foil cup, then arrange them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry until the rice balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and the cheese in the center is melted and bubbling. Serve immediately.
