  1. Gather all ingredients: canned tuna, cheese, ham, meat floss, mayonnaise, and cooked rice.
  2. Drain the canned tuna and prepare the other filling ingredients — dice the ham into small cubes and shred the cheese.
  3. Combine the tuna, diced ham, shredded cheese, meat floss, and a generous dollop of mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Take a portion of the rice mixture and place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center. Wrap the rice around the cheese and shape into a ball, making sure the cheese is completely enclosed.
  5. Place each shaped rice ball into a small aluminum foil cup, then arrange them in the air fryer basket.
