A delicious Salt-Scallion Pork recipe.
Cut 250g of pork into thin slices. Add white pepper, light soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes. Drizzle in a little oil to seal in moisture.
Prepare the salt-scallion sauce: In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped scallions, sesame seeds, salt, white pepper, sugar, and cooking oil. Stir until well combined.
Spread the marinated pork evenly in a cold pan. Pour the salt-scallion sauce on top. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Break the meat apart with a spatula, toss to coat evenly, and serve hot.
