    Choose a microwave-safe mug or bowl with handles (it may get hot!).

    Add the oatmeal and cocoa powder, give it a quick stir.

    Slice or break the banana and place it on top. Slice if you want it to look nice; I’m too lazy to slice, breaking it is faster.

    Pour in the milk — as much as you’d like to drink, just don’t overflow. (Other recipes suggest coconut milk works too!)
