| Banana | Half (about 100g) | ||
| Cocoa powder | A pinch (a few grams will do) | ||
| Milk | About 100ml or a bit more |
A delicious 1-Minute Cocoa Banana Oat Milk — Microwave Version recipe.
Slice or break the banana and place it on top. Slice if you want it to look nice; I’m too lazy to slice, breaking it is faster.
Pour in the milk — as much as you’d like to drink, just don’t overflow. (Other recipes suggest coconut milk works too!)

Microwave on high for 1 minute. The oats should come out soft and creamy like in the photo. (The original recipe called for 2 minutes, but mine turned out too hard — 1 minute is just right.) Enjoy your quick and healthy breakfast! 😋🥳
