A delicious Stir-fried Pork (or Beef) with Bell Peppers and Onion recipe.

Slice the pork (or beef) thinly. Marinate with white pepper, cornstarch, and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Cut the onion into wedges. Seed and slice the green and red bell peppers into strips. Mince the garlic.
Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the marinated meat until just cooked through, then remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add a little more oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
Return the meat to the wok. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and chicken bouillon. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
