Dissolve the yeast in warm water, pour into the flour and mix well. Knead into a smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands, then cover with plastic wrap. Set aside to proof.

Spread the pork filling evenly over the dough, roll it up, flatten slightly, cut into segments, shape into flower rolls, and place in a steamer.
