A delicious 5-Minute Soft & Tender Egg Pancake recipe.

Combine flour, egg, water, and salt. Stir until smooth with no lumps — keep the batter on the thinner side for a softer, more tender pancake.


For the first pancake, brush a thin layer of oil on a non-stick skillet. No need to oil for subsequent ones. Heat over low, pour in the batter, and tilt the pan to spread it evenly.

When the bottom is set and the edges start to curl up, flip the pancake and cook for another 15 seconds. (Cook a bit longer if you prefer a crispier, more golden texture.)
