Cold Tossed Spinach with Garlic
Ingredients

- to taste spinach
- to taste light soy sauce
- 3 garlic
- to taste sesame oil
- to taste sesame seeds
- to taste vinegar
Instructions
- Pick and wash the spinach, then blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Spinach contains high levels of oxalic acid, so blanching before eating is essential.
- Smash and mince the garlic, then add salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving.
