A delicious Soy Sauce Braised Chicken with Potatoes recipe.

Cut the fresh chicken into pieces, wash and drain well. Cut the potato into chunks and slice the ginger; set aside.

Add 100g cooking oil to a wok. Heat the wok, then add ginger slices, garlic, and onion over cold oil. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces to the wok and stir-fry over high heat until the surface turns golden brown.

Add 1 packet of the soy sauce chicken paste and continue stir-frying until evenly coated, allowing the chicken to fully absorb the flavors.

Add about 1000ml of water, enough to cover the chicken. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat. Add the potato pieces, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
