A delicious Kids’ Breakfast Vegetable Pancakes recipe.

Julienne all the vegetables. Crack in 2 eggs, add a small amount of flour, season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and Chinese five-spice powder (shisanxiang). Mix everything until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and spread the mixture flat. Turn up to medium heat to set the shape. Once firm, flip and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown (flip a few times for even cooking).
